How do I place an order

Can I cancel my order
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return according to the Refund Policy.

Why has my tracking not updated
Tracking may take 1–3 days to update after shipment. If there is still no update after this period, contact us and we will assist you.

My order is late, what should I do
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays. If your order has exceeded 12 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Are returns free
Yes. Returns are accepted at no cost for eligible items within 30 days.

How long do refunds take
Refunds are processed within 10 days after the return is approved.
